We take an artisanal approach to all our spirits, working on our 350 gallon copper pot still. We make spirits that we are passionate about and everything we make and proudly share it with you and all of our friends. Since our first spirits were released, Belle of Dayton has won national and international awards from top judges and critics around the world. The brothers’ passion for the trade and their personal craft and artistry is embodied in each and every masterpiece they bottle.

We distill Dayton Small Batch Vodka from 100% corn spirits using naturally filtered, mineral-rich water from Dayton’s great Miami buried valley aquifer. Accentuating old world wisdom with innovative techniques of small–batch copper distilling produces the highest quality artisan spirits. We proudly offer you the Belle of Dayton.
