12 oz Dayton Vodka
12 oz Dayton Gin
12 oz Noilly Prat Dry vermouth
12 oz Olive brine

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with blue cheese stuffed olives.

Moscow Mule

Moscow Mule

2 oz Dayton Vodka
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Ginger syrup (boil ginger, sugar, water)
Club soda

Add the vodka, lime juice and ginger syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a mule mug or glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and mound ice over the top of the drink. Garnish with lime wheel.

Hells Bloody Mary

Hells Bloody Mary

2 oz of Hells Vodka
5 oz RADS Bloody Mary Mix


Fill pint glass with ice and set aside. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake gently and strain into the prepared glass & garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge. Serve with a beer chaser.

1⁄2 oz Hells Vodka
1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal
3⁄4 oz Triple sec
3⁄4 oz Fresh lime juice
1⁄4 oz Raw agave nectar


Add all the other ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared glass & garnish with lime wheel.

Dayton Negroni

Dayton Negroni

1 oz Dayton Gin
1 oz Campari liqueur
1 oz Punt e Mes Sweet vermouth
1⁄4 oz Cointreau


Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.

2 oz Dayton Gin
5 Mint leaves
1 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Fresh lemon juice


In a shaker, muddle the mint and simple syrup. Add the lemon juice and gin, and fill with ice. Shake, and double-strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
